Commission Eligibility Commissions are earned only on “Qualifying Purchases,” meaning completed purchases that are successfully tracked to an Affiliate’s referral link or code, are not canceled, and are not refunded or charged back. Maxwell Leadership reserves the right to determine whether a purchase qualifies for commission in its sole discretion. - Commission Rates and Payment

- Use spam, unsolicited messages, misleading redirects, or deceptive tactics.
- Bid on or purchase keywords or ads that use “Maxwell Leadership,” “John Maxwell,” “Maxwell,” or similar branded terms (including misspellings) without written permission. – I would leave these.
- Impersonate Maxwell Leadership or present themselves as employees or official representatives.
- Use Maxwell Leadership trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as explicitly authorized.

- Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines (including FTC endorsement guidelines). A disclosure such as “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link” must be clearly visible on any page, email, social post, or content where an affiliate link is shared. - Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
